Participation Options & Fees

Educaturk has flexible participation options, ranging fromstandard booths to large, customized displays.

Included in every institutional registration is:

• Standard booth construction – minimum 6 m2 booth, with two side- and one back-wall
  (except corner locations), with complimentary participation for up to two registered
  participants per 6m2
• Customized booth options
• Institution name displayed on fascia
• Booth furniture – (for standard booth) one table, two chairs, electricity, trash can,
  spot lights; additional furnishing options available
• Lunch delivered to every registered participant each fair day
• Opening network reception
• Dinner at a local Turkish restaurant, with entertainment
• One standard entry in the Educaturk fair guide, distributed to each visitor; additional ad
  options available
• Booking assistance and reduced rates at local hotels
• Intercity flight bookings for Fall 2009 event
• Exhibitor manual with complete instructions
